Spring is in the air. When we think about spring what comes to mind is the sound of birds chirping, flowers starting to blossom, and seeing butterflies in the air. What a wonderful way of getting that Spring feeling by creating a beautiful layout. This outstanding layout was created by Stacy Cohen. She is a wonderful crafter so be sure to jump on over to her blog That’s My Story and I’m Sticking To It.
Stacy used the paper “Love Note” from Crate Paper, along with a butterfly punch. To create a ombre look she used both the positive and negative of the paper. This created such a beautiful look.
Adding her photos to the lower portion of the layout created a feeling of the butterflies flying away. Stacy then added a few more embellishments around the photos giving the layout just a little bit of color contrast. In the bottom right corner she added strips of paper to write her journaling on.
