I have never heard of running the brush over the die cut piece at the end to get the last little pieces out! Great tip & you you for sharing it with us!
I’m still new at dies. Are dies and thin dies different? Do I need to purchase that precision base plate, or did it come with my Sizzix machine? Do I need to purchase that clear cutting pad, or did it come with my machine?
I’ve also seen a magnetic plate. What can you tell me about that?

Ladies, I saw something even cheaper…. you take a piece of one of the plastic grocery bags and put it between the paper and the die…. In my findings, it cuts through the paper but not through the plastic bag but all the mess goes with the plastic bag. Give it a try… the layer is paper, piece of plastic bag (either the type you put veggies in or the ones they put your groceries in) and then the top plate.
Oh boy is my credit card or checkbook going to take a hit when I hit your booth at the Expo!!! Love this whole process and result. 🙂
I live glue dots. They are not messy, easy to apply and very durable for most peojects.
