Hey Stamp & Scrapbook Expo friends, Becki here. It’s January which means Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. I have a fun and easy DIY Valentines Home Decor to share with you today. It’s easy to create and only takes a few supplies.
I used a mixed media burlap canvas from Jillibean Soup, lots of red and pink buttons from Buttons Galore, and adhesive Zots from Thermoweb. The first thing I did was cut a heart template out of plain white typing paper.
Then I traced around the heart with a pencil. After tracing around the heart, I started adhering the buttons. The one tip I learned from this project was to start adhering the big buttons and fill in with the small buttons.
This project is much easier than I thought it would be. Start to finish, it took me less than an hour to complete the entire project.
These buttons are SO cute and make a huge impact on this DIY Valentines home decor project. I think this framed canvas looks lovely in my living room. Thank you for stopping by the Weekly Scrapper blog, and I’ll see you again next Thursday!
Very Cute!
Thank you, Leslie! Thank you for stopping by the Weekly Scrapper blog.
