Watercolor Pencils: A Video Tutorial

Happy Tuesday card makers!

Today I have a fun video tutorial to share with you… a handmade greeting card created with watercolor pencils and the Bold Blossoms Watercolor Sheets and Bold Blossoms stamps by Papertrey Ink. I hope you enjoy seeing the process, and please leave a comment if you have any questions!

These cards were both colored with the Brevillier’s Cretacolor watercolor pencils. There is a complete supply list after the video. The pencils are really fun and easy to use, so I hope you’ll give this a try!

Thanks for sharing and the inspiration. Love this look. Gonna have to pull out the pencils and give it a try.

Thanks for the great tutorial showing the watercolor technique! It makes me see that it’s ok if the color is not exactly perfect in the image, and the finished product can be just as pretty! What freedom! I’m going to take out my watercolor pencils and of course, purchase the Bold Blossoms watercolor papers and stamp set! I’ll have some fast, easy cards to send out to my friends!

Beautiful cards Danielle. Thanks for sharing the video. Its very helpful to watch the process vs. still pics. I want to learn to water colour this year so I am pinning ideas for reference. TFS!
