When I think about winter I think about snow flakes falling, the trees covered with snow, and the feeling of Christmas just around the corner. When making this card, all of these things came to my mind. The card is simple and yet it says so much.
The combination of this stamp set is so fun to use, and coordinates together well to make a creative card. I’m so excited to share this card which was made by Sankari Wegman with Taylored Expressions Stamps.
Isn’t this a fun card? I wish I could say it was my original idea but I have to admit that I got the idea from Sankari off of Pinterest, and then changed it up some to meet my taste. I just love the banner. It was so fun to use liquid pearls around the edges of the card along with making the snow out of white card stock and chalking the edges with white ink. I love to distress so I distressed the edges of the trees and also around the banner and snowflakes.
The best part about this card is that it works wonderfully for Christmas, but changing it up a little it could also be used as a winter birthday card, thank you card, or just about anything!
