Then Comes Baby

I’m so excited to share  Lisa Pace’s line of Antiquated Stamps from Pink Persimmon!

The Antiquated Collection is a tribute to the era of ascots, parasols, fancy hats, patent leather shoes and all things charming and endearing.  This stamp is all of that and more!   The detail of this stamp is wonderful.

Stamp the image onto Vintage Cream Cardstock.  Now take the same stamp, and stamp another image onto a separate piece of Vintage Cream Cardstock.  Cut the second stamp image out and color it with your markers or pencils.  (I love the look that the Copic Markers gave to the card).  Ink the edges of the image with Tim Holtz’s Brushed Corduroy Ink.   Using pop up dots glue the image on top of the main stamped image.  This will give it depth and pop the image out.  To finish the project add embellishment with pearls, flowers, ribbon and cut out hearts.  This gives the card a real Vintage Style!

This beautiful card was designed by Kristii Lockart.  Thank you Kristii for sharing your beautiful card with us.
