This sweet card is sure to be a bright spot in anyone’s day. You can definitely feel the love that was put into making this adorable card. I love the layers, dimension, and textures, along with the machine stitching. I would like to thank the designer, Tracy MacDonald. I highly recommend you visit her blog I Wanna Build A Memory – Tracy is sure to inspire your creativity.
Tracy started her card by using some fun patterned paper and adding it to a piece of plain cardstock, then did some stitching around the edges. Tracy cut out and added a variety of hearts and flowers to the sides of her image.
Tracy used Stamping Bella’s Ava Loves to Celebrate stamp and colored the image with Copic markers. The cake is covered with a Wink of Stella clear gel pen. Tracy created a vellum mat and placed it under the image panel and also used vellum for the bottom petals of the flowers.
I hope you have been inspired by today’s post – have a wonderful day crafting!
