If you are a visual learner, like me, you will want to watch Chelle’s step-by-step video by clicking here. Wow – there are so many wonderful tips in this tutorial! I love how she stores the blending pads on the bottom of each of the mini distress inks, how she blends the inks with a water brush to create a soft watercolor look, and of course that fun tissue tape masking technique.
