Since graduation time is just about here, I thought you might enjoy these fast & oh so cute cards that I discovered on the Authentique Blog. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit anytime you need a burst of inspiration, I love the chalkboard look with the kraft papers, it has such a nice neutral look that with a few added embellishments can be used for either male & female.
Heather started each card by using a pre-scored card from the Card Making Stack.With eighteen pre-scored cards you really have a lot of choices, she then cut six of the sentiments and quotes from the Enhancements Cut Apart Paper. With everything pre cut & scored you can crank out a dozen cards in no time.
To make each card a little different, Heather used pieces from the various double-sided die-cut papers (Components Paper Accents, Stamp Blocks, Circles & Scallops, and Titles and Phrases) and the 12×12 Details stickers.
To create more depth, Heather actually cut apart a cardboard box to use instead of dimensional adhesive. What a great tip for when you need to mail the card. This way they won’t get squished or flatten while in transit.
