Saturdays With LeAnn

Happy Holidays

Saturdays-with-LeAnnI feel very blessed to be able to spend some time with you on this lovely Saturday. I know this is such a busy time of the year, so I appreciate you taking some time to visit Weekly Scrapper today. I hope you will receive some inspiration from the projects I have to share. Enjoy your busy weekend!

It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

Christmas photos are always so much fun to scrapbook. This is such a fun time of the year with so many memories to cherish and remember. Digital cut files make creating holiday layouts easy and yet so adorable.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

I love the way that Melissa used the snowflake by enlarging it for her background. What a fun challenge to incorporate that big cut file into a 12 x 12″ layout. Adding a few different sizes of snowflakes will complete your layout. This fabulous design was created by Melissa Mann; come on over with me to Elle’s Studio where you will find step-by-step instructions from Melissa to create your own layout. What a fun and creative way to display your holiday photos!

Poinsettia Shaker Card

Have you ever tried making a shaker card? I love the way this card brings beautiful poinsettias into a shaker card! What would the holidays be without these beautiful flowers? This would be a great year to send a lovely poinsettia card to your friends and family.

Poinsettia Shaker Card

There are so many ways to create a shaker card and this one doesn’t require any special inserts. This is a surprisingly simple card to make. Lucy Abrams started her creation by cutting the poinsettia from a piece of white cardstock using the Holiday Poinsettia Die. I highly recommend you to visit Lucy’s Cards where Lucy will share some of her tips on recreating this adorable holiday card. You will always find so much inspiration from Lucy. Are you going to try this one now?  I sure hope so!

Happy Holidays

There is nothing more fun than a gold glittery greeting, especially for the holidays. I love the variety of elements layered on this card, and the way that Carissa added some greenery to give it the perfect touch of holiday color.
