Pinecone Fire Starters
I currently live in southern California and today’s the first really chilly day of the season. Maybe that’s why these festive Pinecone Fire Starters caught my attention. There’s nothing better than a cozy night spent by the fire and even if you don’t have an indoor fireplace, they work great for those campfires.
It’s not too early to begin crafting for the holidays. Wouldn’t these make a wonderful holiday gift? Who wouldn’t feel all warm and fuzzy after receiving a basket of these fire starters sitting on top of a really snuggly throw blanket with those cute tags. Just an idea! 😉 I hope you’ve been inspired to give this project a try; they smell amazing just sitting in the basket even before you use them.
Chicken Marsala with Pancetta and Cream
This classic Italian American dish is perfect for company, yet is simple enough to add to your weeknight family dinner rotation. I know it sounds a bit fancy but it can be on the table in under an hour. Ya gotta love it!
Click here and I will take you over to Elise’s blog Simple Recipes so you can print out the recipe and check out all the other yummy treats that Elise has to share. You might want to print out a few extra copies, your friends are gonna want the recipe, too. Bon Appetit!
