Capture The Moment by Amy Voorthuis
Today I would like to share an autumn layout that was created by Amy Voorthuis. This layout is filled with gorgeous autumn colors. I love the vintage and distressed look that Amy carried throught the layout. The Walking In The Forest Collection by Maja Design was a perfect choice for a fall-themed page.
I love the colors, flowers, butterflies, and the mixed media background that Amy created using stamps, sprays, stencils, and paste. Come with me over to Amy’s Pretty Papers to see how she created this lovely layout. I highly recommend stopping by and spending some creative time with Amy. You will be so inspired by her talent.
Hello by Donna Mikasa
It is that time of year when the leaves begin to change color and fall from the trees. The weather is perfect, the colors are amazing, and the holidays are right around the corner. What isn’t there to love about this time of year? Today’s inspiration is a gorgeous card designed by Donna Mikasa. Her card has such realistic looking leaves with a touch of gold; Donna has really done a beautiful job of inking and blending them.
You can find more inspiration on Donna’s blog Three Umbrellas. Donna created this work of art using the square stitched element from Blueprints 14 as her base. She used the largest Die-namics Stitched Square Stax stamped with Distressed Stripes in natural ink on cream cardstock. You won’t want to miss out on her fabulous projects so be sure to give her a visit!
