Cute Cut Files: It’s a Girl!

Tammy Chenault header_Cute Cut FilesHi everyone! Today I wanted to share a pretty baby card with you, something special that will help convey your excitement for the mom (or mom-to-be). I went with cream, a light watercolor teal, and a bright pink floral pattern for this card, with just a touch of gold behind the banner letters. Have fun choosing a color scheme that you think the new mom will like. For an extra-special touch, you could even use a little fabric behind the cut-out letters.

To download the files for this card, click here: It’s a Girl. A note about the files: the top (scalloped) portion is sized with just a little extra room at the top so you can have some flexibility with how much patterned paper you want showing at the bottom. Glue your background patterned paper to the bottom of the card and decide how far up you want to place the scalloped piece, then trim off the extra (if any) at the top.

Can you give us instructions on how to download and open the cut files? I never have success with them. Thanks.

When you download the cut files, the file is a zip file. You will need to open that file where you will find the .jpg, .studio and .studio3 files to use with your electronic cutting machine.

Hi Beverly. When you click on the “It’s a Girl” link just below the card image, the file should automatically download to your computer. I have tried clicking the link and it is working. I hope you are able to download the files.
