Welcome back to Weekly Scrapper on this beautiful winter day. Don’t you just love Saturdays? This is such a special day for me because I get to share my passion of crafting with you. I make it a priority to spend some time in my craft room over the weekend and do the things I love to do! I hope you have fun with your crafting – don’t ever hold back; always try something new since you will never know what you are truly capable of unless you give new things a try. I hope you have a very happy Valentine’s Day weekend!
We Are Like A Snowflake By Krista
I am delighted to share with you this adorable layout designed by Krista, one of the very talented designers on the Urban Scrapbook blog. All of the beautiful embellishments on this page coordinate so beautifully. Your eye is drawn to the photo first, and then you can take in all of the fine details on the layout.
It is so fun to capture those special winter days. Don’t you just love Krista’s cluster of snowflakes down the center of her layout? There are so many different varieties of snowflakes and this is a perfect way to use your favorite ones. The different colors, textures, and sizes create depth and dimension on this lovely layout. Well done, Krista! Thank you for sharing your talent with us.

Valentine’s Day Sign By Rachel McAffee
Some of my favorite Valentine decorations are made of wood. How fun to change up your holiday décor from season to season just by using a slat sign. Today I want to share with you two fun projects that are quick and simple and will add some fun holiday décor to your home!
You can find wood at any hobby store, such as Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, etc. This adorable wood sign doesn’t just have to be for Valentine’s day. Change up your colors or even leave it the sweet pink. It will add so much to your home, plus you’ll be getting so many compliments from your family and friends. Click here and I will take you over to a tutorial on how to make these cute wood décor items. I think you will have fun creating these.
Chocolate Caramel Marshmallows By Giustina Miller
These are such a fun, quick, and yummy treat. What a great little surprise for the kids when they get home from school – you will be the super mom of the neighborhood! I gave these a try and they were so quick and simple to make. I did get a great big smile and lots of hugs from my sweet grandchildren. Now every time they come over they ask for a marshmallow sucker! 🙂
You can sprinkle these with just about anything such as nuts, sprinkles, or even crushed up candy bars. Eat them as a marshmallow pop or you can even dunk them into hot chocolate. No matter how you create them, they will be a perfect treat for any party or just for your family! Enjoy!
Thank you for stopping by and I look forward to spending some more quality time with you next weekend. Have a great week and I’ll see you back again soon!
The marshmallow sweets look so good – but I couldn’t find a link to the recipe!
LCJinRoslynPA, I clicked on the title and the recipe was at the bottom of the page.
That works – thanks 1,000,000!
