Hello, my crafty friends! Thank you for spending a bit of your Saturday with me. My hope today is that you will jump into trying something new. Most important, have fun and enjoy your creative road. I hope you will enjoy the spring projects that I have to share with you today!
Dream By Maryana Volkova
Don’t you just love all of the layering and the mixed media background that Maryana has used to create this lovely layout? What a great way to take a piece of white cardstock and turn it into a gorgeous page using the Blue Bay and the Ma Cherie collections by Kaisercraft. Maryana really shows how the layering complements her photo. One thing to keep in mind is that a background should take a back seat to your photos. Allow your photos to be the focal point of your layouts.
Layering is such a great way of using up some of your scraps. Layering will also give some dimension to your layout. I would like to say thank you to Maryana Volkova for sharing her beautiful design with us. I hope you have been inspired to do more layering while creating your layouts.
