Hey, everyone! Roree here with another Make It! Monday project. Today I am sharing a card I created adding texture with my sewing machine.
I decided to play with the Simple Stories Posh collection. I used the Combo Sticker sheet, the 3×4 Journaling Card Elements patterned paper, the 4×6 Horizontal Elements patterned paper, and the Bradz pack.
I cut out the 4 x 6″ striped card from the 4×6 Horizontal Elements sheet and added zigzag stitches on each of the white stripes with my sewing machine.
I put together the sentiment by layering two 3 x 4″ cards from the 3×4 Journaling Card Elements sheet, which I trimmed down and decorated the edges with scalloped scissors. Then, I decorated the card with stickers from the Combo Stickers sheet and one of the adhesive Bradz to finish.
It’s a fun and colorful card that is sure to brighten anyone’s day.
