Freebie Friday with Melissa Frances

Hello everyone, it’s FRIDAY!! And that means it’s time for another edition of Freebie Friday here on the Weekly Scrapper blog. I’m Becki, I’m thrilled to be the hostess of the Freebie Friday giveaways. This week we have the awesome, Melissa Frances as our sponsor.
