Latest & Greatest Pocket Scrapbooking with Fancy Pants

Hey there Stamp & Scrapbook Expo friends and fans, Becki here to share pocket scrapbooking page that I created with products from the Latest & Greatest Stamping workshop. Last week, I shared a card that I created using products from the Fancy Pants Family & Co collection  (you can find that post HERE). For this week’s post I decided to create a pocket page layout using the same products. I used a lot of stamps from the Family & Co collection to create this layout, including the title and a few of the embellishments.

All of the patterned paper in this project came from the Family & Co 6×6 paper pad, tags, and 4×4 stamp set. I started this project by printing photos and cutting all the patterned paper cards to go in the pockets. The photos are printed in both black and white and color. I LOVED all the photos I took on this particular event and wanted to use them on this project but the two portrait photos were taken at night and the color was off. When I have photos that aren’t the best quality, I like to print them black and white instead of color. By printing the photos in black and white it makes it less noticeable that the photos are imperfect. The Family & Co.4×4 stamp set that attendee’s receive in the Latest & Greatest Stamping Workshop is adorable. I wanted to use it for more than just the title. By stamping with the star stamps on patterned paper and cutting them out I had the most adorable embellishments to go on my project! The finishing touches on this pocket page layout are a few enamel dots and a few buttons. The buttons and enamel dots added a bit of texture without making the cards too bulky. This Latest & Greatest: Stamping workshop featuring Fancy Pant’s Family & Co. collection will be taught at our shows in Chantilly, Duluth, Kansas City, Santa Clara, Edison, and Schaumburg. We would love to see you there!Thank you for stopping by for another edition of Inspiration Station. I’ll be here next Thursday with a video tutorial. I’ll see you then!
