Hey there Stamp & Scrapbook Expo friends and fans, Becki here, for another edition of Inspiration Station. I’m happy that you found your way to the Weekly Scrapper blog. The project I have to share with you today is using products from our Latest & Greatest Stamping workshop. These are products that workshop attendees will receive in the Latest & Greatest Stamping workshop at a few of our shows this Summer. 
Today, I’m working with a stamp/die set from Stephanie Barnard and the Stamps of Life AND 
patterned papers/embellishments from the Fancy Pants Family & Co. collection . 
Usually, I’m not a stamper. But recently, I’ve had a lot of fun working on a few stamping projects. When I first received this cute puppy stamp/die set, I knew that I had to make a card (or several cards) with it. After I stamped and colored the puppy image, I knew that it would go perfectly with the papers in the 6×6 paper pad from the Family & Co. collection. My preferred method of coloring stamped images is with Tombow Dual Brush Pens and a water brush. These markers come in a vast array of colors. I have a couple sets of markers in my stash and many more on my wish list. 
The sentiment for this card is stamped on a striped tag from the Family & Co. collection. Then, I adhered the stamped puppy to the bottom of the tag and adhered the tag/puppy cluster to layers of patterned papers to create the front of the card. The finishing touch on this card is a few sprinkles of navy shimmer ink. In my opinion a few sprinkles of ink is the perfect finishing touch to a LOT of projects.
This card turned out so much better than I imagined. Watch for more projects using this stamp and die set from me. I already have a few more stamped images on my desk waiting to be colored.
