Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Inspiration Station post and I have some fun products from the Latest & Greatest workshops to share with you.
Our next show is this week in Akron, OH on October 5th & 6th. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am sharing a project I created with products from our Latest & Greatest: Cool Tools class: The Stamps of Life‘s Handle Box Die.

This is such a versatile die that is perfect for any and all occasions! You can decorate it in any theme, it is perfect for small gifts or gift cards, and you can alter the box to suit your needs.
With it, I created this gift box:
I created an acetate window in my box and decorated it using a combination of The Stamps of Life and Sizzix dies.
I used the Handle Box Die for the box, a rectangle die from the Sizzix Cute as a Bug Step-Ups Card Die Set to create the window, and the Grid Hearts Die Set to create heart accents.
Altering the box was as easy as adding the rectangle die inside the Handle Box die when cutting.
After cutting out the box shapes, I decorated the box with some patterned paper, adhered some acetate behind the cut out in the box die cut, and topped it of with a heart-themed tag and some ribbon.
This box was easy to make and with this die, I will always have a go-to for wrapping small gifts whether I have time to plan my project or need something at the last minute.
