Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Make It Monday post. Our next show is this week in Milwaukee, WI on May 4th & 5th. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am going to be creating with new products from our Latest & Greatest: Scrapbooking class: BoBunny‘s Stay Awhile collection.

I love the gorgeous colors in this collection, and I was especially inspired by the cross-stitch pattern on the B-side of the Mugs patterned paper:
I decided to pull out my paper piercer, sewing needle, and embroidery thread to create this layout:
I randomly cross stitched over the bottom half of the panel with colors pulled from the dots in the B-side of the Warm patterned paper.
This was a labor of love. It took a few hours to pierce and stitch the bottom half of the layout, but I love the way it turned out.
After adding a picture of my puppies greeting me at the front door, I finished the layout with a die cut house, chipboard and sticker letters, some fussy cut flowers, and a jewel.
