My October Planner Setup

Hello, my beautiful friends, Vicky here and I wanted to share with you my October planner spread.  Have I ever told you that I love to plan my spread around the holidays within each month?  This month, as you know, is Halloween and I love everything about it.  My favorite things are all of the colors, candy, being able to dress up in a fun costume, and crafting.

Now that you know how much I love to work in my planner for the holidays, and this being Halloween, you’ll understand how excited I was to pull out all of my supplies and add them to my cart.  The reason I like to do this is for accessibility.  I pull everything in my craft room that has to do with Halloween along with the colors that will work.  It makes it so much easier to have all your supplies right at your side.  In my cart I have my washi, bling, ribbon, die cuts, 6×6 paper pads, felt, stamps, ephemera, stickers, etc. and it looks so inviting and fun.  You will just want to work in your planner!

Here is an example of what I love to do in my planner.  I used glitter paper and used my bow die cut to make this bow.  I then used my glue gun to add the purple trim and orange and black striped ribbon for the center.  I had it in my cart and that is why it was so easy to find it all.

I also love to make planner clips.  It’s so fun to use your dies with the vibrant Halloween colors.

All you need to make these gorgeous and fun planner clips is felt, a glue gun, paper clips, and your rose die cut.  I decided that I wanted to go with orange, black, and purple for my felt rose planner clips.  You can also add bling to the center to add that pop.

I hope this inspires you to work in your planner, too!

Vicky xoxo
