Hello, my friends, and welcome back on this beautiful summer day! I hope you are all ready for another day of crafting inspiration. I am so pleased you found your way here to spend some time with me. Take a few minutes for yourself today because after the busy week that you have had, you deserve to take some time to relax and unwind. I have some wonderful projects in store for you, and I hope you will enjoy these unique ideas and be filled with wonderful inspiration.
Memory Lane By Kylie Kingham
This beautiful masterpiece really takes your breath away. The nice balance is created by fussy cutting vines, leaves, and flourishes which add great space fillers to the layout. Kylie incorporated the die cut shutter into the background which also gives a nice balance to the overall finished project. I just love how this layout is soft and full of dimension. This beautiful masterpiece is created in lighter tones which gives it a sweet, spring flair. Kylie sure has a way of making things less intimidating by getting you inspired to try new ideas.
Who wouldn’t fall in love with this amazing layout? This is one of those beautiful pages that can also be turned into a framed piece of art that would add some great personality and charm to any room in your home. Using your imagination is all about creativity and taking something as simple as a piece of paper and creating a beautiful piece of art. Kylie used the “Memory Lane” collection by KaiserCraft and shows us how to get started in her video. Click here and I will escort you on over so you can see the video along with the steps she shares as she created this gorgeous layout.
Mini Tag Notecard By Michelle Short
I don’t know about you, but I find myself making so many cute tags, then not using them. When you need a quick and easy card just pick out one of those cute tags you have been making and collecting and you will have the cutest card ever. Tags can be so versatile. Use them on a gift, a place setting, an invitation, or in a way that will be treasured the most, turning them into beautiful cards. Wow, a new format for cards!
I love making tags because it gives me an opportunity to play around with some of my stamps, inks, and mediums before moving onto something larger. Dive into your stash of supplies and use pieces of this and that to create some amazing tags; this is a great way to use up your scraps. Mix and match whatever makes you smile because there are no rules for creating! This beautiful tag card was created by Michelle Short, and Michelle also has a step-by-step video that will show you exactly how she created this amazing tag card. You won’t want to miss out on this one. Have fun creating your own custom tags for cards!
