Saturdays With LeAnn

Sending You Lots Of Love

Hello everyone!  Another fabulous weekend is here and I hope you will enjoy every minute of it.  With just one month to go, it is time to start thinking about Valentine projects.  Today you are sure to be inspired by some wonderful and talented designers.  I hope you will take the time to enjoy and create some of the fabulous projects I have to share with you.

Let It Snow By Nathalie DeSousa

This winter weather has been so crazy!  Here in Utah we are enjoying warmer weather than usual.  I have to admit I have really missed the snow.  I always look forward to playing in the snow with my grandchildren and taking many photos to scrapbook.  Do you have wonderful memories of winter that you want to capture in your scrapbook?  This is a perfect layout for doing just that.  Don’t you just love these snowflakes?  Share some cold-weather memories with this beautiful layout, using some glitter on snowflakes to give it a final touch and create a lovely dimensional layer on your background paper.

Let It Snow

Nathalie shares a small idea on how to tone down a busy background using a bit of mixed media.  Her video will show you just how she goes about creating this lovely winter layout.  You won’t want to miss out on her great techniques, so click here and I will take you right over so you can watch.  Now is the time to grab that busy paper you really love and learn how to create pretty backgrounds by not letting the background overpower your layout.  You will want to visit Living An Inspired Life where you will see many wonderful projects that Nathalie has created.  She is certainly an inspiring artist!

Sending You Lots Of Love By Mona Pendleton

Are you a fan of white on white?  If so, today you will love this darling card created by the amazing and talented Mona Pendleton.  A touch of color, attention to detail, and lovely texture combine to make her card over-the-top stunning!  This is the perfect card for Valentine’s Day, plus it is one of those cards you can use anytime just to let the recipient know you are sending lots of love.

Sending You Lots Of Love

You still have plenty of time to create this darling card before Valentine’s Day.  Share your love by sending this card and let those who are so special to you know just how much you love them!  Take advantage of using the fun die cuts and stamp sets Fancy Foliage Detail Die and Floral Sketches Stamp Set by Papertrey Ink.  Come on over with me to Cupcake’s Creations where you will find many more delightful projects that will inspire you.

For Get Me Nots By Cherry Nelson

Who doesn’t love to create home decor?  This beautiful art piece will be charming to hang on your wall or set out on an easel. After the Christmas holidays, I am always excited to bring in some spring colors that will be cheery and brighten up my home.  This is such a darling home decor Valentine’s piece.
