Over the last few months I have met so many wonderful people who attend our Stamp & Scrapbook Expos.  I am very grateful for all of the wonderful friendships I have made.  I am also very grateful for all of you who follow me from week to week and month to month on our blog.  I would like to welcome every one of you, new followers as well as old friends, and I hope you will find weeks and months of wonderful inspiration ahead.  I also want to say to all you moms out there that you are appreciated, you are loved, and you are valued.  You shape our world.  I love this quote:  “A mother is one who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.”  I hope each of you has a wonderful Mother’s Day!

Old Trunk Makeover By Stencils & Stories/Michelle

Do you have an old trunk that you have laying around and don’t want to get rid of, yet don’t know what to do with it?  Maybe it is an heirloom that has been handed down for generations.  Now is the perfect time to transform this old trunk into something usable, desirable, and a piece of furniture everyone will enjoy!  All you are going to need is a little paint and a fun stencil pattern.
