Mother’s Day in our family is for all mothers – that includes grandmothers and great grandmothers at times. Barbara of Scrappygal’s Scraphappenings created this layout with a vintage photo using a variety of papers from Graphic 45.
Barbara said that she created the layout on her own and just kept adding to it until she liked it. I love that she just used her own creativity and items from her stash. The flowers were created with a Cricut using the George and Basic Shapes cartridges and cut the flowers in several sizes. And she found the chipboard clock at a local scrapbooking store.
Inking on the edges of everything make all the elements work together. Unfortunately, the papers used have been discontinued, but Graphic 45 always has new lines coming out and if you like their look, you are sure to love their newer lines.
One thing this page reminds me is – – – it’s never too late to scrap that photo!
Have a wonderfully creative day!
