This is a gather paper technique and is reminiscent of gathered fabric. Don’t you just love all the beautiful sewing on this card?

Using the Pincushion patterned paper, Gabrielle combined it with Bo Bunny Double Dot cardstock Tutu. She then added in some stamping and embellishments to create this card.
