Today we are featuring a fabulous card created by Claire Chapman. This beautiful seaside scene has bright and vivid colors and portrays a lovely vintage feel. Don’t you just love the way the images pop up? This is a three-fold card so you have a lot of layers to add for your images, and they give you plenty of nice dimension.

The background of the card was colored with PanPastels. Claire has stamped, colored, and fussy cut all of this out by hand.
