Today’s inspiration piece goes out to all of you talented stampers. You are going to love this fabulous tip from Chelle, author of “the adventures of a painter girl” blog, on how to make your stamped image the center of attention using tissue tape masking. It’s simple, quick, and fun!
If you are a visual learner, like me, you will want to watch Chelle’s step-by-step video by clicking here. Wow – there are so many wonderful tips in this tutorial! I love how she stores the blending pads on the bottom of each of the mini distress inks, how she blends the inks with a water brush to create a soft watercolor look, and of course that fun tissue tape masking technique.
Breakout out your distress inks and have fun creating your own unique backgrounds!
I hope you’ve been inspired to give this fun technique a try; it is definitely a keeper.
Thanks for the visit and I hope you have a very colorful and creative day.
