Life Doesn’t Have To Be Perfect

Ever wonder how to use your banner die cuts?  How about creating cute animals cats, dogs, owls and even these cute little kittens?  This sweet card was made using three different sizes of banners.  What a creative and fun project you can make.  So simple you can have your younger children, grandchildren, nieces, and even little boys would get a kick out of making these.  Diane Roberts created this fun kitty card.  Find more of her wonderful projects on her blog Score At Four And A Quarter.

Life Doesn't Have To Be Perfect

Diane started out with using Crumb Cake cardstock for her card along with some banners.  She die cut three different sizes of banners using the Banners Framelits dies.  She then embossed each banner in a different pattern, and distressed each one of them including the card with a sponge.  Diane took a black marker and made stitching lines around each banner, then place them on the card. (The middle one is placed upside down)  She stamped her sentiment above the center banner.  Adding some candy dots and Linen Thread to finish making their sweet little faces.  I would like to thank Diane for sharing this sweet card with us.

Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style.  Take a look at your projects in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
