Happy Saturday, my friends! It makes me so happy knowing you are taking sometime to relax and enjoy what you love most. Sit back, get comfy, and enjoy some of today’s inspiration!
Take Me Away By Jan
This layout all started with a simple background and a few fabulous photos. As you look at these photos you get that feeling of “Take Me Away” just as the title states. I love how Jan used the Tim Holtz Crosshatch frameworks die at the bottom left corner and added some embossing powder to the die cut.
As scrapbookers, we know that it’s all about sharing the memories and preserving the moments. This masterpiece certainly captures a special memory and gives joy and fulfillment. This wonderful layout also includes washi tape placed on cardstock, which was then die cut and accented with gold paint. The embossed paper was dry brushed with a light green paint on the raised map area. What a fabulous layout created by Jan. Be sure to visit her blog, The Urban Scrapbook, whenever you are in need of some inspiration!
