Today I am going to be creating with products from our last Latest & Greatest: Stamping class: Tonic Studios‘ Nuvo Aqua Flow Pens.

These pens are great for coloring and painting stamped images. With them I created this tag:
Along with the Aqua Flow Pens, I used the Monster Birthday Stamp & Die Sets from The Stamps of Life:
After stamping one of the monster images on watercolor paper with black StazOn ink, I painted the image with the Aqua Flow Pens, a paint brush, and some water.
Because I only had three colors, I decided to blend ink to add some green to my card. For that, I blend the Lemon Zest and Aqua Splash inks.
After die cutting the stamped image, I stamped a sentiment on a strip of cardstock, used a craft knife to cut around the monster’s paws, and tucked the sentiment strip underneath.
I then added it to a tag with coordinating patterned papers and ribbon to finish.
