Merry and Bright

I love making handmade Christmas cards to add to gifts, and also send in the mail. It is a fun way to bring in the Holiday Spirit. It is also a perfect way to use those left over scraps that we all end up with!  Add a little creativity by using an old song book or sheet music for your background of this card.

Spellbinders die cuts were used as a decorative border behind the stamp image.   Using the stamp set “Poinsettia and Pine” from Marcella Hawley, stamp one large Poinsettia ,a sprig of pine and holly and create that focal image that will bring your card to life.  Coloring and shading with Copic Markers will add the beauty to this image.  Don’t forget to add some glitter or stickles for that extra sparkle on those berries.  This beautiful card was created by Heather Jensen.
