100% Sweet Baby Layout

I discovered this adorable baby layout on the Scraps Of Brilliance blog. I would like to thank Jackie Clark for allowing us to share her beautiful design with you today. I highly recommend visiting her blog, she really has an amazing style.

100% Sweet

Jackie claims that Shabby Chic is extremely difficult for her, however you would never know that after seeing this beautiful layout. She was truly inspired by these gorgeous Fancy Pants Country Boutique papers from the January Flying Unicorn Kit Of The Month.

Once the butterflies and flourish were dry she edged them in chalk ink and added Stickles in Diamond to make them sparkle.

Butterflies

For a little added visual interest, she used Liquid Pearls on the butterfly bodies and on random places on the banners.

Banner

In addition to the gorgeous lace included in the Main Kit, which was used across the page under the picture, the Embellishment Add-On came with a package of 5 different laces from Kaisercraft;  Jackie used one of them in the banner above underneath a jeweled chain from her stash.

Me & You
In Jackie’s own words “The gold frame is a found item that I fussy cut from a Norwex catalog and coated with some Diamond Stickles; I also edged the “Me & You” diecut with Stickles to tie everything together.  I finished the tag off with a Prima Zipper Pull that says “Love You”.”
