Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year to take pictures. Especially when are children are younger. The costumes, gathering with friends & family, all the fun decorations make for some great memories. I love how the fun washi tape highlights the layout without distracting from the precious photos. How cute is the banner which is also made using washi tape. Fast, easy and inexpensive along with “Oh So Cute” makes me smile. 🙂
