There is something about vintage buttons that draws me in every time. When used as an embellishment they seem to add a warm hand crafted look & feel. While spending some quality time on the Lily Bean Paperie Blog, I came across this sweet Christmas card designed by Melissa Phillips.
Melissa used the Vintage Christmas Flair buttons from aflairforbuttons….they’re the perfect embellishment on this shabby chic treasure.
Some additional buttons are from Melissa’s vintage stash and some from Maya Road….I love their alterable wood buttons. She used Krylon Catalina Mist acrylic paint and some Mister Huey’s Color Mist to age and antique it.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink, Love Lives Here: Holiday stamp set and the tree die is from the In the Meadow Silhouettes collection.
