You Crack Me Up

Just in time for Easter, this precious card is “Oh So” cute.  I would like to send out a big thank you to Linda McClain for allowing us to share her adorable Easter Card with you today. Hop on over to her blog Catered Crop to see more of her very creative designs.

Tips & Tricks

The sweet little girl image was stamped on X-Press It Blending Cardstock, this cardstock is perfect while blending with Prismacolor Pencils as well as Copic Markers.

To add some texture while still keeping the card simple, Linda used Banana Split Felt to create scallops with the Medium Simply Scallops Die-namic.

Linda used the MFT Black Licorice Ink for the sentiments. Its coverage is bold and it dries really fast.  These sentiments fit perfectly inside the Chat Bubble Die-namics.

The buttons in the Button Border Die-namics are a perfect solution for coordinating the buttons with the patterns and colors of your project.

There are so many fun things you can do with the fluffy parts of this image; for instance the bunny tail and the pom poms on the shoes. I added Flower Soft. If you don’t have Flower Soft Glue, you can substitute any white glue that dries clear.

Lets not forget the inside of the card. It’s just so very sweet.
