With this being a very busy time of the year, I still love to spend time creating. As I have mentioned before, some of my favorite photos to scrapbook are Christmas. It is always so fun to go back to your holiday layouts and reminisce on that special time of the year with family and friends! Today I have another wonderful holiday layout to share with you.
Missy Whidden has created this adorable layout using cut files. What a fun way to capture that special moment and preserve it on a layout. Click here and I will take you on over to a detailed tutorial by Missy so that you can see how her layout came together and recreate one for yourself.
Let the creating begin with this beautiful card by Mona Pendleton. This mixed media card will for sure put a smile on the faces of those you love. It is not too late to create those special handmade Christmas cards for your family and friends. Handmade cards are always a treasured gift!
This fabulous card, with its beautiful details, was made with so much love. Mona created the background with stunning embossing and colors, along with wonderful layering of the snowflake and deer. Be sure to stop on over to Cupcakes Creations; you will find a list of supplies along with directions of how Mona created this beautiful card.
Who says Christmas needs to be red and green? I just fell in love with this whimsical Christmas card. It really inspired me to break out my Copic Markers and start coloring.
Stamps and Copic markers are all you need to bring any card to life. I really love the design of this fun card. And just by changing out the stamped image and the sentiment, it could work for any winter occasion. I hope this darling card has inspired you to break out your favorite stamp set and markers and start coloring!
A Christmas tree is the centerpiece of the holidays. Some families have a tradition of making their own Christmas decorations, so why not make your own tree as well? DIY projects will strengthen the holiday spirit and make them all that much more special. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind decoration. Go ahead and get creative! This non-traditional Do It Yourself Pallet Christmas Tree might just be your favorite Christmas decoration ever!
This project was so much fun and so simple that even your children or grandchildren can help out! After all, the holidays are not quite as much fun without creating a little holiday magic with a handmade project!
