These adhesive runners create incredibly adorable star shapes that can be used as traditional adhesives. However, they are also the perfect adhesive to wear on the outside of your project! Simply rub pigment powder, apply glitter, embossing powder, or flocking over the star adhesive and you have created a fast and easy embellishment for any project!
