Wood pallet projects are very popular, but have you ever considered combining wood with paper and photos?  This clip board idea is fabulous, fun to work with, and versatile, making it easy to change out projects for the seasons and holidays.

This is certainly a fun way to display some of your precious photos, along with using a few of your favorite scrapbooking supplies. Gina found these wood pallets in the dollar section of Target, and it was the perfect size to turn into a photo frame.  This is certainly something I want to try!  Thank you, Gina, for wonderful inspiration and a beautiful project.  Take a few minutes and visit Gina at Crate Paper Blog.  You will see step-by-step instructions on how she put this fabulous project together.  Have fun creating!

Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice By Autumn Clark

I also want to share this adorable card by Autumn Clark.  Autumn used the Tim Holtz On The Go Embossing Folder.  How stunning is this card with its amazing colors?!  This is a perfect all-occasion card for fall.  Can you just imagine the warm feeling that will come to the person who receives this card in the mail?

Autumn really has a gift for amazing coloring skills along with skill with inked backgrounds.  She used Distress Inks and added some water flicks to give the card a grunge look.  Autumn added some die cut leaves and vintage seam binding for a fun, simple card.  Don’t you just feel the inspiration from this card?  Let’s pop on over to Sew Paper Paint blog where you will find many more of Autumn’s fabulous projects.

Quilling Friendly Ghost By Anna-Karin Evaldsson

Since it’s October, it’s time for some spooky fun!  This fun, festive card was created using the quilling technique.  Quilling consists of rolling, shaping, and arranging narrow strips of paper into fabulous designs.  What an outstanding embellishment to give your card a pop! This is such a fun card that really portrays the spirit of Halloween.

Anna-Karin did such a fabulous job using the Pensive Alphabet cling stamp set for her background.  Don’t you just love those cute little ghosts against the Halloween colors in the background? The detail on this card just takes it up to another level.  Such lovely work by Anna-Karin! This is a perfect card to send out this Halloween season.  If you want to learn more about how this card was made, click here and I will take you over to Layers of Ink, where Anna-Karin will share the steps to make this outstanding Halloween card.

Recycled DVD’s By Debbie Thompson

Do you have a lot of old DVD’s laying around that you really don’t use anymore?  You just don’t know what to do with them but don’t want to throw them away?  Let’s recycle them and turn them into something beautiful!  Yes, that’s right, you can create this beautiful Mosaic Tile Birdbath just by using cast-off DVD’s.

Another reason to use recycled contents is not only creating something beautiful, but also products do not end up in a landfill.  Gather up all of your old DVDs that you don’t use and begin to create something beautiful for your home.
