Handmade Cards from 3×4 Cards

Handmade Cards from 3x4 Cards by @jbckadams for @scrapbookexpo #cardmaking #JillibeanSoup #handmadecards

Hey there, Stamp & Scrapbook Expo friends and fans! Welcome to Inspiration Station, I’m Becki. Today, I have two cards to share with you that I created out of 3×4 cards. I made birthday cards with the brand new Souper Celebration collection from Jillibean Soup. I love to create and have a few birthday cards in hand. When a few bits and pieces from the Souper Celebration collection landed in my office, I knew I was going to pull together some birthday cards.

The first paper I fell in love with from this collection was the Souper Celebration Bite Sized Bits. This paper has 12 adorable 3×4 cards on it. I thought that these 3×4 cards would make adorable cards. I chose two of my favorite cards, and got to work.

All I added to the “you still got it” 3×4 card was three scraps of patterned paper that I cut into banner shapes, two small stickers and three enamel star shapes. By using a 3×4 card as the main focal point on this card, I was able to have this card finished in just a few minutes.

The second card I created has a 3×4 card that had a lot of text. This made it even easier to finish the card in only a matter of minutes. The only embellishing I did to this 3×4 card is the file tab sticker at the top and a few more enamel stars.

By using 3×4 cards I was able to create two adorable birthday cards within just a few minutes. I love it when paper crafting is this much fun and also quick and easy! Thank you for stopping by the Weekly Scrapper blog. I’ll see you again next Thursday.
