Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started crafting: My name is Maria Jesus, I am from Ceuta Spain, I am 34 years old, and I’m married and the mother of two beautiful girls. I have always “played” with scraps and photos, making albums, and that was called scrapbooking! In 2008 I started with professional materials and since then I’ve been hooked.
Favorite thing to create: I like it for two reasons, the first is because yes, materials are a great source of inspiration and I love creating and the second is because I want to leave a family trace, I want my girls to have a great memory of the days that we are living and remember that anecdote or that place where we were, what they said when they were small or the first time they lost a tooth. In short, it is, I could say, a way of life, because when you scrap… you see it through the lens of your camera and take everything you note, hahaha.
5 fun facts about me:
1. I like to eat… I can not help it!
2. Because of number 1, I go to the gym (hahaha).
3. I’m also learning how to crochet.
4. I love winter, much more than summer.
5. And of course… I cannot live without the scrapping!
