Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Make It Monday post.
Our next show is in Schaumburg IL on August 16 & 17. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am going to be creating with new products from our Scrapbooking class: One Canoe Two‘s Saturday Afternoon collection.
If you take the Scrapbooking class, you will receive this Saturday Afternoon sampler:
It includes the 12×12 Specialty Paper Pad which includes 36 papers and the 6×12 Sticker Sheet. If you are a fan of rose gold, you will love foil accents in this collection.
With it, I created this layout:
I started with the main element of my layout, the waterfall die cut.
I cut it out using my Cricut Explore machine, Cricut Design Space, and Close To My Heart – You Are Here cartridge. I altered the image by cutting out just the waterfall, backed the cut with paper from the paper pad, then popped up the white cardstock die cuts along the bottom.
Next, I created a title block using patterned paper, foam Thickers from my stash, and heart sticker from the 6×12 Stickers Sheet.
After placing my photo, I added some sentiment stickers along the bottom.
I finished with a banner shape from the 12×12 Specialty Paper Pad and some hand stitched die-cut clouds to fill in the empty space along the top.
This is such a gorgeous collection. I can’t wait to create more projects with it!
This Latest & Greatest: Scrapboooking workshop featuring One Canoe Two‘s Saturday Afternoon collection will be the last show where we feature this collection. We will have a new round of products and projects starting in Edison, NJ.
