Today’s post is a reminder that Spring is on it’s way, and Easter is just around the corner. This darling little bunny is sure to bring a smile to your face. What a fun card to make to say Happy Spring, or even Happy Easter. I would like to send out a big Thank You to Mona Pendleton for sharing this cheerful card with us. I highly recommend stopping by her blog Cupcake’s Creation when ever you need a burst of inspiration.
Today’s card is featuring some beautiful papers from the Pion Design “Fairytale Spring Collection”. This collection also includes this sweet bunny that was featured as the main focal point of the card.
Mona layered the die cut framed bunny on top of pretty patterned paper, and stitched it into place. She stamped a sentiment from My Favorite Things Embellished Eggs. Next, die cut a flourish using a piece of paper from Flower Frames. Add a couple of banners then embellish with some flowers you may have in your stash.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your project in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
