With summer right around the corner I knew that you would enjoy this heartfelt Nautical Themed keepsake designed by the very talented Heather Jacob author of the Art & Life Blog. Heather designed this as a thank you card, but it really is so much more. It’s a keepsake of a precious time shared between friends.
I’m sure that you are beginning to plan some fun summer activities with those special people in your life. What a great way to say thanks for a wonderful weekend shared together.
Heather began by creating the pocket. Then added some strips overlapping to embellish the front, added a circle & tied string to secure the circle .
Heather created 3 tags that fit inside the pocket.
Don’t you just love the 1st tag with the 3 little chipboard house & the sweet pelican sitting on the pole it really adds to the Seaside/Beach theme.
On the 2nd tag Heather included a warm fuzzy thank you note, love the stitched accents on this tag.
On the 3rd tag is where you can include a photo or 2, Heather also stamped several cute sentiments. Who wouldn’t feel the love when handed this gorgeous card/keepsake? It’s obvious that a lot of thought & love has been put into this sweet card.
