Glitter Background with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L

Hey, everyone! Roree here with a Make It! Monday project. Today I am sharing a card I created with a fun background using adhesive and glitter.

For it, I used the E-Z Dots tape runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and some fine glitter.

I started with some white cardstock and washi tape, placing the washi tape around the edges of the cardstock panel to leave a border. I then ran strips of adhesive over the center of the panel.

I covered the adhesive with glitter.

After removing the excess glitter, I was left with a beautiful, sparkling background for my card.

I finished the card by decorating it with paper, stickers, and Bradz from Simple StoriesPosh collection.

You can find more creative ideas for using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L on their blog HERE.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Such a quick & inexpensive way to have a glittered background! An 8 & 1/2″ x 11″ paper with glitter costs over a dollar a page!

    Great idea!
