Saturdays-with-LeAnn

I am thrilled to be with you today; thank you for stopping by! The last few weeks I have been traveling with Scrapbook Expo and teaching a variety of workshops. I want to share my love of crafting with you today, as I have some wonderful projects to showcase. My hope is that these will serve as a great jump start when you are feeling stumped and uninspired. Hope you enjoy today’s projects!

Beautiful Little Girl By Di Garling

This is one of those perfect designs that can be adapted to fit any occasion. Even though there are a lot of beautiful details and dimension to this layout, the photo is still the first thing your eye is drawn to. Take the time to journal, to preserve and record those special moments of life. It is always so fun to go back and reminisce about those special memories.Beautiful Little Girl

Happy Birthday By Karen Letchworth

My eyes were immediately drawn to this adorable birthday card with the machine stitching around the edges. What a fabulous way to add a personal touch to your cards. This is a very simple card, yet it has so much appeal. Adding a perfect bow to this card gave it just what it needed.

Happy Birthday

It made me want to pull out my favorite papers and begin to create! This is a perfect card to give to that special person on their birthday. Come with me over to My Cup Runneth Over where you will find so much more inspiration from Karen, along with a list of all the supplies that you will need. A big thank you Karen for sharing this adorable card!

To The Moon And Back By Ellen Taylor

This darling card truly warms my heart. I am so in love with the Hang In There stamp set from Impression Obsession. Just think of the different possibilities you can do with this fun stamp. I can see this stamp working for all seasons – Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Toasted Coconut Trifles By Elizabeth LaBau

Are you a coconut lover?  If so, this is the treat for you.  My husband loves coconut, so I made these for him hoping I could make a new favorite treat.  Well, guess what? I did just that. He loved every bite!  (Shhh…they are super easy to make as well.)

Toasted Coconut Trifles

Trifles are a secret weapon dessert. You can always turn to them in times of true baking emergencies; when family members spring in unexpectedly, to impress co-workers, an unplanned party that comes up, and so on.  Click here and I will take you over so you can get the recipe for this fabulous dessert.

Hi LeAnn. It was great seeing you again at Scrapbook Expo in Ontario, CA. I heard the ladies leaving the Cool Tools projects commenting how awesome you were. I could not get a ticket, but next year I will pre-register. I just wanted you to know how people just loved your class. Last times I have taken it through the years I learned a lot from you and loved the class myself. By the way, I am typing this on my phone with very small letters and print so if I make spelling errors I apologize in advance. Lastly, I am so thankful that the Scrapbook Expo have you at these shows. You placed a lot of smiles on everyone’s faces. This show this weekend was wonderful and I am Looking forward to many more in SoCal. I also check your site here often for the tips so keep them coming. Thank you for the great projects you share.
