I love these Victorian top hats that I found on Pinterest! I thought they would be oh, so cute for New Years.
The rhinestone piece used is a vintage shoe clip, but no worries, if you don’t happen to have a vintage shoe clip lying around just use what you have on hand to accent the band of the hat. Most crafters have a stash of pishkies (bits and pieces of things) to be used on future projects.
Originally this designer used vintage sheet music on her top hats, but you can make it your own and use what ever paper that you have in your stash.
Now break out your favorite distressing ink and go to town!

This top hat has an all over dusting with fine glitter, it’s hard to see in the photo though.
