Latest & Greatest Stamping with Uchi Designs

Latest & Greatest Stamping with Uchi Designs by Becki Adams for @scrapbookexpo #ssbe2018 #ssbeblog #stamping #cardmaking #handmadecard

Hey there Stamp & Scrapbook Expo friends and fans, Becki here to share a card with you that I created with an adorable stamp set and die set from Uchi Designs. If you attended one of our Latest & Greatest Stamping workshops you received a stamp and die set from Uchi Designs. I created this cute card with the Uchi’s Design Enjoy the Ride Animation Stamp & Die Set.I fell in love with the cute bicycle in this stamp set and knew that it would make an adorable card. The stamping on this card is simple. I stamped everything on white cardstock with black ink. That gave me the freedom to color the bicycle with whatever color I wanted. For me, red seemed like the perfect color choice for a little bicycle.

When it came time to adhere the bicycle to the card base, I adhered it to the card with dimensional adhesive. That little bit of dimension makes such a huge difference on a card.

I thought the card would be finished with the bicycle, grass die cut, and the sentiment but when I got to that point in the creative process the card didn’t look finished. I played with a few different ideas but when I landed on the clouds and pink enamel hearts, I knew that was “it”. The card was finished when I added the clouds and enamel hearts.

I couldn’t be happier with how this card turned out. The stamp and die set from Uch Design made the creative process so easy and so fun. Pretty soon, there will be new products in our Latest and Greatest workshops.

We’d love to have you in all of our Latest & Greatest workshops. If you have taken a Latest & Greatest workshop, we’d love to hear from you.
