Saturdays With LeAnn

Lace Edge Card

Hi everyone, and happy Saturday to all of you!  Since it’s the weekend, that means more inspiration is coming your way!  I always get so excited to share new ideas with you.  Get comfy, grab a drink, and enjoy some fun projects that will give you a ton of inspiration.

Winter Baby By Nathalie DeSousa

What’s not to love about this adorable winter layout?  It is obvious there was a lot of love and detail put into this beautiful design.  This is one of those layouts that just makes you smile. What a lovely reminder of a carefree time that you will never forget.  Layouts like this one will inspire you to dive in and begin to create a layout with your own special memories!

Winter Baby

Nathalie started her background with a cut file from Simple Stories.  She then started lightly folding some of the edges of the cut file to add some dimension. With all of the fun details and dimension in this layout, the photo is still the first thing your eye is drawn to.  Let’s pop on over to Living An Inspired Life where you will see how Nathalie put this together, along with many more of her fun projects.  This project is one that is easy, quick, and very affordable.  Winter has certainly hit many parts of our country, so this will be a great way to display some of your treasured winter photos.

Lace Edge Card By Virginia Lu

Do you enjoy die cutting?  Sometimes I think I enjoy it as much as I do stamping!  Die cutting opens the door to many amazing new techniques.  With die cutting you can create layering and dimension and give your project an intricate look. This darling card was created using the Lace Edge Die by Altenew.  It is so beautifully detailed and ornate.  Can you just imagine giving this to someone you love for Valentine’s Day?  I think it is a great way of showing your love to that special person.

You can also take this lace edge die up a notch and use the Halftone Hearts Nesting Die set and make two hearts; aren’t they lovely?

It just wouldn’t be a Valentine’s card without adding a heart.  I’m sure you, too, have fallen in love with this fun card.  I recommend that you click here to stop by and give Virginia a visit.  She has beautiful projects with a full supply list available just for you.  Have fun creating!

Do It Yourself Storage By Whitney

Are you tired of all those new Christmas toys laying around?  Here is a great idea for you to organize your children’s (or grandchildren’s) toys.  This is also a fantastic way to organize many other areas of your home.  Think about your craft room; could you use this to help organize some of your wonderful products?  You will have fun building, creating, and organizing.  Who says organizing can’t be fun?

Do It Yourself Storage

Every area in our home needs storage, especially when it comes to craft supplies.  This will especially work for those of you who live in a small home, condo, or apartment.  Because I am an organization maniac, I am always looking for easy storage ideas.  I like to have everything in its place, out of the way, and easy to find.  This is certainly one of those projects that will create some great organization.  Let me take you on over to Shanty 2 Chic where you will get easy-to-follow instructions, along with a full supply list for you to get started!
